Why this tire
- EPA SmartWay verified — Double Coin files the FR610 as its fuel-efficient long-haul steer
- 20/32" of tread in every size and load range we quote — level with the Amulet AT505, and deeper than every other steer tire on this store that publishes a depth, except the Yokohama 108R at 22/32
- Long-distance application, steer axle. Double Coin publishes a full spec table for it: product code, overall diameter, section width, revs per mile and tire weight per size
- Four sizes, seven builds: 11R22.5 and 11R24.5 in Load Range G and H, 285/75R24.5 in G, 295/75R22.5 in G and H
- Load Range H in 11R22.5 is an elevated-load build — 148/145 L at 123 psi, 6,940 lb single and 6,395 lb dual, where most makers stop at 146/143 at 120 psi
- Casing program covers 7 years and 3 retreads across the Double Coin TBR range

Double Coin's own published data-book figures. Dimensions are measured on the maker's design rim — mount on a different approved width and they shift slightly. Send us the part number and we'll quote that exact tire.
A long-haul steer tire from the biggest-selling value TBR brand in the United States. Double Coin has been sold here through CMA, LLC for long enough that most truck tire shops know the name and stock the casings, and the FR610 is the pattern the brand puts against the majors' fuel-efficient steers. Double Coin lists it as EPA SmartWay verified. We quote it in all four sizes: 11R22.5 and 11R24.5 in Load Range G and H, 285/75R24.5 in Load Range G, and 295/75R22.5 in Load Range G and H.
The number worth looking at first is tread depth: 20/32 inch, in every size and both load ranges. Only one steer tire on this store goes deeper, the Yokohama 108R at 22/32, and that one is a regional all-position rather than a line-haul steer. The Amulet AT505 matches it at 20/32, and everything else is behind it — Michelin X Line Energy Z and Firestone FS592 at 19/32, Firestone FS591 and Goodyear Endurance LHS at 18/32, Bridgestone R213 Ecopia at 17/32. Depth is removal miles, and on a steer axle that is most of what you are buying.
Double Coin publishes a real spec table for this tire, which is why our Dimensions and fitment table below is filled in: overall diameter, section width, revs per mile, measuring rim and the product code, per size. Two of those builds are worth calling out. In 11R22.5 the Load Range H is an elevated-load build rated 148/145 L at 123 psi — 6,940 lb single and 6,395 lb dual, where the same size from most makers stops at 146/143 L at 120 psi. In 11R24.5 the H build is the conventional 149/146 L at 120 psi.
What it is not. It is not a drive tire and not a trailer specialist — the FD405 and FT115 are the Double Coin patterns for those axles, and we quote both. It carries no three-peak mountain snowflake severe-snow marking, so it is not a chain-law answer. And the warranty is not a mileage guarantee: Double Coin’s coverage is a limited warranty against defects, with the term varying by pattern up to seven years, plus a casing program that runs seven years and three retreads. No truck tire on this store carries a mileage warranty, and we will not invent one for this page. Speed symbol is L, 75 mph.
Against the majors the trade is narrower than it is with most value brands, because the SmartWay verification is there and the tread is deeper. What you give up is the retread ecosystem and the depth of published test data — Michelin names its MRT program and its authorized-retreader condition, Bridgestone and Firestone name Bandag and publish a casing-credit table, Goodyear names UniCircle. Double Coin’s casing program is real but simpler, and there is no named matched retread pattern. Against our own Invovic line the FR610 wins on data outright: Invovic publishes no dimensions, no weights and no verification at all. Put two of them on one quote and compare the all-in delivered numbers — tires, delivery, tax and the state tire fee in one figure. Mounting and balancing is your local truck tire shop’s charge, on their invoice.
