The casings are the point — X Line Energy Z and T2 carry Michelin's 7-year, 700,000-mile, three-retread casing warranty when retreaded by an authorized Michelin Retread Technologies dealer. One gap to know: Michelin builds no steer or drive tire in 285/75R24.5, so that axle takes another brand.
