Warranty & Tire Registration

Federal tire registration — handled for you

US law (49 CFR Part 574) requires tire sellers to register every tire they sell with its manufacturer, so a safety recall can always reach the owner. We file this registration for every order at no charge. If your contact details change, you can re-register anytime using the DOT number on your tire's sidewall at the manufacturer's registration site or NHTSA.gov/tires.

Reading your DOT code

Every tire we sell carries a DOT code on the sidewall — proof its factory is registered with NHTSA and the tire meets FMVSS 119. The last four digits are the week and year of manufacture (e.g. "2325" = week 23 of 2025). We ship fresh production; if a tire in your delivery is older than two years from manufacture, contact us and we'll make it right.

Treadwear warranties

Most commercial truck tires carry no mileage warranty, and several makers say so outright — Bridgestone and Firestone state that none is expressed or implied on the models we sell. Where a maker does publish a treadwear or tread-life term, the product page quotes it with its conditions; where it publishes none, the page says that too.

Workmanship & materials

Defects in workmanship and materials are covered by each manufacturer's limited warranty, usually for the original usable tread down to 2/32" and for a set number of years — Bridgestone and Firestone, for example, run six years from the date of manufacture. Each product page carries the term its maker publishes. Invovic publishes no manufacturer warranty, so ask us what we cover before you buy. For a claim, send us photos, the DOT code and your invoice number and we'll run it with the manufacturer.

Casing warranties & retreading

A truck tire casing is built to be retreaded, and several major brands warrant it separately — Bridgestone and Firestone through an Enhanced Casing Credit paid when an authorized Bandag dealer does the retreading, Goodyear through its casing warranty with Goodyear Authorized Retreaders, Michelin through Michelin Retread Technologies. The conditions matter: the type of service, the age of the casing and who retreads it. Each product page lists them; Invovic publishes no casing warranty or retread program.

What's not covered

Road hazard damage (punctures, cuts, impact breaks), irregular wear from misalignment, overloading or under-inflation, improper mounting or repair, and service the tire isn't rated for — a trailer-only tire on a steer axle, or a highway tire run off-road. Check the product page for each maker's exact exclusions.
