Before you pay. A quote costs nothing and carries no obligation. You can cancel at any point before you pay the invoice, at no cost.

Unused tires. You may return tires that are unused, unmounted and in the condition we delivered them within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee applies. Return freight is paid by you, unless we shipped the wrong tire.

Wrong, damaged or aged tires. If we deliver a tire other than the one on your invoice, a tire arrives damaged in transit, or a tire is more than two years past its DOT date of manufacture when it reaches you, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your invoice number. We replace it or refund it in full, including freight.

Factory-order sizes. Sizes we order from the factory for you are final sale and cannot be returned. We tell you which sizes those are on the quote, before you accept it.

Mounted or used tires. Tires that have been mounted or run are not returnable. Manufacturing defects are handled under the manufacturer's warranty — see our Warranty & registration page — and we run the claim with the manufacturer for you.

Cancelling after payment. Cancel before your order ships and we refund in full. After it ships, the unused-tire terms above apply.

How to start a return. Email aurextire@gmail.com with your invoice number, the tire and the reason, plus photos where something is wrong. We reply with return instructions. Please do not ship tires back before we confirm the return, as unauthorised returns can go unrecorded.

Refund timing. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of the tires reaching us.

State tire fees and taxes. Sales tax and the state scrap-tire fee are refunded with a returned tire. The restocking fee, where it applies, is not refundable.
