Terms of service

These terms cover everything you buy from Aurex Tire Co., 1430 South Union Ave, Bakersfield, CA 93307 · aurextire@gmail.com · (661) 684-4444. Placing an order means you accept them.

Quotes and pricing. Quotes are free and carry no obligation. A quote is one delivered price: the tires, delivery, sales tax and your state's scrap-tire fee in a single number. The price on your quote is the price on your invoice. A quote holds for 7 days — our supplier prices each order, so an expired quote may be re-priced.

Payment. When you accept a quote we send a secure Shopify invoice. Your order is placed with the supplier once that invoice is paid.

Delivery. Delivery is included in every quoted price, free within 25 miles of our Bakersfield address and delivered nationwide in the lower 48. Timelines and freight terms are in our Shipping policy.

Installation is not included. We deliver tires. Mounting and balancing is done by the truck tire shop or mobile service you choose, billed by them at their rates. We are not responsible for their work, their scheduling or their charges.

Fitment and axle position. Tell us the truck and the axle on your quote request and we verify the size, load range and position before you pay. You are responsible for confirming that what you order suits your equipment and load. Tires must be used only in the axle positions their manufacturer rates them for, and tires on one axle should match in size and load range.

Warranties. Tires carry their manufacturer's warranty, and nothing more. Each product page states what that manufacturer publishes, including where it publishes none — our own Invovic line has no published manufacturer warranty. No mileage guarantee is expressed or implied by us. Warranty claims are handled through the manufacturer's process; we file them on your behalf.

Tire registration. US law (49 CFR Part 574) requires sellers to register every tire with its manufacturer so a safety recall can reach the owner. We file that registration for every order at no charge.

Returns. See our Refund policy.

Errors. If a listing, specification or quote contains an obvious error, we may correct it before your order ships. If the corrected price or specification does not suit you, you may cancel for a full refund.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the tires in question. We are not liable for downtime, lost loads, towing, roadside charges or other indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Kern County, California.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version published on this site when you place your order is the version that applies to it.
